Wine details

Vinification: the grapes (Ribolla Gialla, Tocai Friulano and Malvasia Istriana) are de-stemmed and macerated for 8/12 days (fermentation on the skin) without temperature’s control and without selected yeast. After 10 months the wine is blended in large barrels where it remains until the day of the bottling.
