Denomination of Controlled Origin
Blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot
Vinification: the grape is de-stemmed and macerated for 40 days with repeated daily pumping-over and punching-down (the dèlastage to extract noble polyphenols). The wine is aged in tonneau for 24 months. Then it is assembled in large barrels where it remains until the day of bottling.
A wine that is sold not earlier than 3 years after harvest and that is refined at least 24 months in wood.
